Estimator

Join a great team doing great work!  We are looking for a dedicated Estimator. This position is responsible for writing preliminary estimates, selling the value of Universal Collision to the customer, managing the claims process and ensuring effective communication with customer throughout the repair process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements to work for us include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum of two years experience in writing collision repair estimates.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • This position requires a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle record that meets certain insurance standards.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Positive, “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of our positions.
  • We are a drug free workplace and all of our positions require drug testing.

Body Shop Technician

Join a great team doing great work!  We are looking for a dedicated Body Technician. This position is responsible for automotive structural, welding, and frame repairs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements to work for us include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum of five years experience in Body sheet metal repair, Structural repair, Welding and Frame repair.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • This position requires a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle record that meets certain insurance standards.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Positive, “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of our positions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

Join a great team doing great work!  We are looking for a Call Center Manager.   This position is responsible for managing schedules for all three locations, writing photo based preliminary estimates, following up on all assignments and  selling the value of Universal Collision to the customer
